Meet Ron

Ron Fruscella has proudly lived and worked in Twinsburg for nearly three decades.

 

Ron began working as a police officer in Twinsburg in 1996. While Ron could have started his law enforcement career anywhere, he fell in love with the City of Twinsburg and realized it was the perfect community to live and raise a family in.

Ron and his wife, Kathi, purchased their home on Belmeadow Dr. in 1999 and have resided there ever since. Ron and Kathi have three children, who all attended Twinsburg City Schools and were involved in numerous sports and extra curricular activities.

​

Ron has served as the School Resource Officer for the past 20 years at Twinsburg High School. He has also coached several varsity sports including boys and girls bowling, boys and girls golf and softball. Ron currently serves as an assistant varsity coach for the baseball team.

​

Ron is very passionate about the safety and security of our city and schools. He is a certified crime prevention officer and has conducted numerous training sessions, safety surveys and instruction for local businesses, homeowners and schools.  

​

Ron ran a successful small business for 10+ years in Twinsburg, as well. He also serves as a field service representative for the Ohio Patrolmen's Benevolent Association.

​

Ron’s involvement in private business and public service has prepared him for this next chapter: to serve the people of Twinsburg as its next mayor.
